Roquette & Cazes 2014 is already available in the market. This is a wine made from the best grapes of the varieties Touriga Nacional (60%), Touriga Franca (25%) and Tinta Roriz (15%) under the guidance of the winemakers Daniel Llose, of Château Lynch-Bages, and Manuel Lobo, of Quinta do Crasto. It has aged 18 months in French oak barrels in the Barrel Cellar at Quinta do Crasto, in Douro. Roquette & Cazes 2014 presentes a colour opaque, with a narrow purple / bluish rim. It is complex on the nose, showing fresh notes of wild berry fruit and elegant hints of fresh spice. In the palate, its elegant beginning leads to a voluminous wine, with an excellent structure made of powerful yet smooth-textured tannins. Fine hints of wild berry fruit complete the palate. The finish is lingering and balanced. Know more about this wine here.
